Effective spam reduction with SpamExperts
Spam is unfortunately one of the unpleasant things of digital communication of our time. No matter how hard you try to ensure that your e-mail address doesn’t end up with any address dealers or the like, at some point you will receive the first spam. And unfortunately it does not remain then with a single mail.
If you want to reduce your spam volume to a minimum, we recommend the spam filters of Spamexperts. Due to the cloud-based filtering, even newly emerging spam waves are detected very quickly and the mails are filtered accordingly. Due to the great experience Spamexperts has in dealing with spam, almost all spam mails are sorted out and also immediately checked for the latest viruses, Trojans and other malware. The spam detection rate is 99%.
The initial setup of the incoming filtering of your emails is very simple: You only have to change the MX record of your domain to the mail server of SpamExperts, the system automatically recognizes your previous mail server and forwards the filtered mails accordingly. That’s it.
For the configuration of the spam filter there are also many settings available in the web interface, e.g. you can create black- and whitelists, release accidentally quarantined mails or get reports.
Outbound filtering is ideal for companies that want to ensure that their IPs do not end up on any blacklists because of spam. Here the email is sent from your email server to the SpamExperts server, which checks it for spam and then forwards it to the recipient.
