AV Contract Plugin for Blesta

Our AV contract plugin for Blesta supports you in providing the GDPR contract for your customers. A text editor is available in the backend, in which you can edit and insert your own GDPR contract, variables such as for the customer name help you to do this.

The customer then has the option of creating the GDPR contract directly via the customer area as a PDF and can send it to you signed, e.g. by e-mail, by post or via the integrated upload function in our module. To help you keep track of the contracts, the module also offers you an overview of which customers have already created a contract.

Of course, the module also supports the multi-company function of Blesta, which means you only need 1 module licence, no matter how many companies you use in your Blesta installation.

Note: There is no valid GDPR contract included in the module, you can obtain one from your legal advisor, for example.

GDPR contract generation via the customer area
Variables such as date, name and address are available for the contract text
Editor for formatting the contract text
Template system for header/footer the PDF
Overview of when which customer generated the contract, with the option of storing the contract receipt
Option that the generation of the contract = conclusion of the contract, if one wants to work without signature
Both admin and client can download the generated PDF at any time in the respective area
Option to send e-mail when receipt of the signed contract has been confirmed (customisable e-mail template)
Option for the admin to receive an email when the customer has deleted a contract (so that they can note this in their records, for example).
Option that the customer receives information in the customer area when the contract has been updated.
Upload option of the signed contract via the customer area
Option to save the IP address from which the contract was generated
Contract texts can be stored in several languages
Support for Blesta’s Multi-Company System (1 module licence supports all companies of a Blesta installation)
