Cancellation

To cancel your products, please log into your Client area and click on “Cancel” in the product details of the product to be cancelled and follow the instructions there.

Alternatively, you can use the following form to cancel your products.

This cancellation option is only available to private customers/consumers. After sending the form, you will receive a confirmation of receipt at the inserted e-mail address. You will receive the later binding cancellation confirmation exclusively by e-mail to the e-mail address stored in your customer account.
